A clean, step-by-step recipe: a cold alcohol wash, a safe evaporation in a rice cooker, a careful decarb on a hot plate, then syringes and low-and-slow dosing.

A rice cooker works well: it heats gently and holds a steady temperature. Do this outdoors or with strong ventilation, with no flames or sparks nearby, and stay with it the whole time.
Decarboxylation activates the oil. Once the rice cooker has finished and the solvent is fully gone, move the oil into a small stainless steel or heat-safe container and set it on a separate single-burner electric hot plate.

While the oil is still warm and runny, draw it up into oral syringes. It thickens as it cools, which makes it hard to pull up later.

Cap the syringes and keep them somewhere cool and dark, in an airtight container, out of reach of children and pets. Label them clearly.
99%+ isopropyl has very little water, so it pulls the oil out quickly and evaporates cleanly. Kept very cold and used in short 30–60 second washes, it leaves behind more chlorophyll and plant waxes.
A rice cooker heats gently and holds a steady temperature, with no open flame. Use one with no exposed heating element, work outdoors or with strong ventilation, and never leave it unattended.
Once most of the alcohol has boiled off, the temperature rises and the rice cooker pops or clicks over to Warm. Only a thick, dark oil should remain. Make sure all the solvent is gone before moving to the hot plate or consuming it.
Decarb on a separate electric hot plate at 235–240°F max, and never above 240°F. Watch a probe thermometer and turn the hot plate down or off if it climbs. It is done when the small bubbles stop.

Start with a tiny amount, about the size of a grain of rice, and wait several hours before taking more. Increase slowly over days only if you need to. This is general information, not medical advice.
